We offer answers for everyone. We’ve helped many hobbyists, medium sized production studios and several of the largest dinnerware companies in the world with all types of ceramic situations.
Our Experts
Our team of experts, Matt and Rose Katz along with Ceramic Engineer, Jacob Zimmerman, collectively have over 60 years working with all different types of ceramic manufacturers including dinnerware, decorative, tile, brick, glass, sanitaryware, bio-ceramic, refractory and electrical insulator companies.
Our Advantage
One major advantage that sets us apart from other ceramic consultants is that we have our own on-site state of the art ceramic research lab and full time lab tech. This allows us to do most of our research and testing quickly and efficiently in our facility without interrupting your valuable studio and production time until implementation time. A big cost savings to you!

We specialize in glaze and clay body development, but can help with all types of projects including production flaws, future growth studio planning and sourcing of equipment. There’s no project too small or too big for our team.

Our pricing model is flexible and is structured to fit your custom needs with hourly rates, project based or monthly retainer options available.
Community Support
Our company mission is to provide the ceramics community with the knowledge and understanding to make their work and studios the best that they can be. Through our consulting services, we can support your staff with our easy to implement online employee development program and employee scholarships for CMW courses. We can also offer financial support through our subsidized Consulting Support Program. We do what we can to make our talents as accessible as possible to you.
