Ceramic Materials Workshop, Inc. offers and maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (collectively the “Site”) for the use of its students, vendors and customers and other authorized Site users (“Users”) for use solely upon the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Ceramic Materials Workshop, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our courses.

Students who choose to post their work or experiments on the class pages are doing so with the express knowledge that they will be discussed on a recording and that the recording becomes property of Ceramic Materials Workshop, Inc. and doing so grants to Ceramic Materials Workshop, Inc. an irrevocable transferable license for the use and reproduction of their image and likeness and audio recording and of their work or experiments without any right to compensation in exchange. Ceramic Materials Workshop, Inc. reserves the right to use these recorded videos for any future recording, class, projects, publications or other commercial purpose.
